typically, yoyo & i enjoy pestering mummy to bring us to tampines park for socializing, as soon as she steps into the house after work, irregardless whether it's evening or late @ night.

so today, it's no difference from any other day... we greeted mummy @ the doorsteps & pleaded with her with our usual antics of tearful eyes, whines and excessive excitement...

it's the 7th lunar month, and i can see many chinese families burning 'hell' papers/ dollar bills, as they pray to deceased family members/ ancestors or to any wandering hungry ghosts.

if you had read about my previous entries, you would know that i'm'banned' from going out for walks in the evening during the lunar 7^th month, a.k.a ghost month...( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ghost_Festival )

but yoyo is unaware of this particular 'rule' where 'kids' (granny consider pooches as kids) are not suppose to go out after sunset. hence, yoyo's disppointment...

but 'no fear' i told yoyo. we can still go for our walks in the morning or afternoon...

hmmm... it's a lazy afternoon, and yoyo was given a greenies for being obedient. 

me? i hate greenies! anyway, yoyo came over & snatched my dental chew...

my oh my...yoyo attempted another of her stunt again!
despite telling her repeatedly that running away from home is wrong, she'll also makes us worry, and we have to look for her extensively.

2 weeks ago when she ran away, she was lucky to be picked up by a good family....now fearless,  she thinks the outside world is a beautiful place  

yesterday, she rushed out of the house again. luckily, my extended family was visiting us. she was found 30 minutes later, dashing acrossing a busy road!

she just don't learn... what if she wanders aimlessly, without food & water? what if granny is alone @ home, and can't catch up with her? what if someone  just 'kidnapped' her and sell her off to a bad family (like her 1st owner) ?

i'm so angry with her...

yoyo & i love to spar with each other, growling & barking @ each other as we play along.
but one thing i dislike is yoyo's habit of nibbling/ chewing/ munching my ears while @ it...
*huff* @ the end of our little games, my ears will be wet & sloggy... ewwwwwww....
oh, what can i say? it's our basic instinct to nibble each other's ears when we play. yoyo's ears are stained with my saliva too *giggle*

recently, granny is exasperated as there's an increase of socks seemed to have gone 'missing' in our house...
amusingly, mummy decided that she should get 2 dental chews to 'appease' the 'perpetrators'...

mummy & i were like, "huh! what's going on?" and we rushed to her...
hmmm, mummy shouldn't be so absent-minded as to let loose an army of live crabs...tsk tsk...

woah....finally, after a 4 days' search, yoyo is home!
she was taken in by a good family when was seen hanging around the bus- stop near our block.
now that she's back, everybody is happy, including granny. but she was chided for being so naughty...
she didn't realize that we (me included) walked all over the neighborhood while calling out her name, and (illegally) pasted posters all over our area...all these, under the hot sun!
phew! all these were not wasted. she is now back home safe & sound.

this morning, yoyo dashed out of the house. we attempted a unit by unit search in our block but to no avail.
someone saw her running down to the 1st floor, which means that she is not in our block anymore.after searching around the vacinity for few hours,we filed a report to the neighborhood police, spca & ava. we've also put up a small note in around the 10 blocks near us. obviously, we suspect someone has taken her. i'm so sad...yoyo, where are you? why are you so naughty?

ok, it's official! my buddy has decided to adopt yoyo, and she'll be staying with me temporary.
so now, i'll be yoyo's mentor & teach her the ways of a pet (but some say 'bitch') *giggle*
mummy cycled yoyo & i to the bedok reservoir, then we took a walk along the track.
it's definately therapeutic for mummy...

i was in for a surprise to see yoyo when i came back from auntie lynette's place.
i was excited to have a playmate, especially when she's yoyo!

but the thing is, i'm not smelly! i don't have body odour. my armpits are shaved, my paws are trimmed, my ear hair were plucked, blah blah blah...
